Booking Terms

Deposit

Your booking reservation requires a deposit of one (1) night’s accommodation to be paid via the credit card provided at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded to your credit card if you cancel your booking before our cancellation periods.

Peak Times

If your accommodation is during the following peak periods, your booking will be non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
